Suited Connectors Description – Most Entertaining Poker Hands to Play
A suited connector is a poker term referring to a situation in which the player has consecutive cards of the same suit.
The main advantage of a suited connector hand is that it puts the player in the position of landing a straight, flush, or even a straight flush.
For example, if you’re playing a game of Texas Hold’em, the most popular poker variation, and get 8c, 9c hand, you have a suited connector. This is because the two cards are in the same suit (clubs) and are consecutive.
