Connectors Meaning – A Poker Hand Containing Two Cards of Consecutive Ranks
“Connectors” is a term used in poker, most notably in Texas Hold’em, to refer to cards that are in consecutive rank. It primarily refers to the cards in the player’s hand.
For example, a 7, 8 hand features connector cards. Additionally, the term “suited connectors” is used when the cards are consecutive and in the same suit, for example, an 8c, 9c hand.
