Action Meaning – Referring to a Player Whose Turn It Is to Act
In the casino world, the term “action” can refer to several different things, so it primarily depends on the context it’s being used in.

For example, let’s say you’re sitting at a poker table and the player before you just made a raise. The action is on you now, meaning that you have to call, raise or fold for the round to continue.
